    • Site developed on previously developed land, not identified as an endangered habitat
    • Immediate access to light rail for alternative transportation
    • Preferred parking for low-emission and fuel efficient vehicles
    • Dedicated parking for employee car pools
    • Bike lockers and changing rooms with showers
    • 50% of the site restored with adapted vegetation
    • Certified “cool-roof” lowers energy usage and air-conditioning costs by 20 to 70 percent
    • Operable windows located at corner area conference rooms
    • Landscaping uses 100% non-potable reclaimed water
    • Indoor & outdoor recycling facilities
    • HVAC equipment and wet-fire suppression system do not use HCFCs or Halon
    • Implemented Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management Plan for HVAC installation, efficient filtration and material protection
    • Low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emitting materials used in lobby and restrooms
    • Green Label Plus rated lobby carpet
    • Regional components and recycled content used in building materials where applicable
    • Recessed floor grilles installed at every lobby entry to collect tracked contaminants
    • Light controls for all individual spaces and motion sensors for core spaces; auto shut-off during unoccupied non-business hours
